It may be the WNBA offseason, but Caitlin Clark is back in the news.
She’s now a published author after her children’s book from Random House Publishing became available on Tuesday. It’s called “EXTRAordinary! A Little EXTRA to Reach BIG Dreams” and it’s told in a playful, rhyming verse.
It was inspired by a mirror in her childhood bedroom that’s still there today. Clark is the author and Adriana Predoi, who grew up in Romania, handled the illustrations.

As part of a national media tour, Clark appeared on the two premier morning shows, “GMA” and “TODAY,” on Tuesday to discuss the book, her basketball career and the rapid growth of women’s sports.

Clark also appeared on Kylie Kelce’s podcast — “Not Gonna Lie With Kylie Kelce” for the first time. Kelce joked about finally getting Clark on the show after she had twice appeared on “New Heights” with Jason and Travis Kelce. (She’s married to Jason, the former center for the Philadelphia Eagles.)
