Fever’s defensive concerns resurface in 108-101 loss to Dream
Indiana’s Big 3 combined for 75 points, but Atlanta scored 60 points in the paint and handed the Fever their first loss in nearly two weeks.
The Indiana Fever had been stacking wins, protecting home court and building momentum with the first third of the season behind them.
That run ended Thursday night.
The Fever’s four-game win streak came to an end in a high-scoring loss, 108-101, to the Atlanta Dream, a game that again exposed the defensive issues that have followed them in defeat.
The Fever (9-6) have now allowed 100-plus points in four of their six losses this season.
