Indiana Fever close the book on a special season with exit interviews | VIDEO
From Caitlin Clark to Stephanie White, players and staff reflected on a memorable season defined by injuries and resilience — one where the team’s togetherness set a new standard, all about 'we.'
Just 36 hours after the Indiana Fever wrapped up their season in Las Vegas with Game 5 of the semifinals, they were already back home in Indy for exit interviews.
For the players, it’s a day of conversations — with the front office, coaching staff, and media — as well as a full medical evaluation before heading into the offseason.
With the WNBA’s Collective Bargaining Agreement set to expire at the end of this month, there are far more questions than answers about what’s next. From the salary cap and roster sizes to the mechanics of the upcoming two-team expansion draft, much remains unsettled. Players have consistently said the sides remain far apart in negotiations.
Over nearly two hours on Thursday, we heard from GM Amber Cox, head coach Stephanie White, and six players — including Caitlin Clark, who had not spoken publicly since suffering an ankle injury that delayed her return to the court. She was limited to 13 games during her sophomore campaign.
You can watch each of the exit interviews in the videos below. I’ll also have many more stories to come here on Fieldhouse Files.

Bravo Scott Agness for your excellent reports and updates.
I love most sports and spend way too much free-time much time watching them. Like millions of others, I've also become a very dedicated fan of the Fever due to Caitlin's Iowa and Indiana energy, talent, and leadership abilities. This years entire team, including the full management organization, showed us incredible 'focus & 100% unity in strength' A majority of the fan base deeply shared this experience and backed the team. (2025 Truly Amazing year)
Fans shared the struggles, frustrations, and hardships due to all of the injuries. We also experienced the amazing new players who only had a single day of practice before playing their 1st games. No time for them even to learn plays or teammates.
Kudos to the "Exit Interviews" giving the Players and Fans a chance reflect on the season, say thank you and good bye. I sincerely enjoyed them all. I highly recommend watching them.
A Special Thank You to the Fever for the historical season.
