Myles Turner injury update: Pacers center exits blowout win over Nets early with dislocated finger

Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner sustained a dislocated right index finger in the final minute of the half. He returned to shoot free throws — left-handed too — but did not play for the second half.

The Indiana Pacers pummeled the Brooklyn Nets Monday night 133-111, but one key player suffered an injury in the process.

In the final minute of the first half, Myles Turner was fouled by Nets forward Trendon Watford on a dunk attempt. Turner suffered a dislocated right index finger — and you could immediately see it.
