A preview of new food offerings for Pacers home games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse
The Fieldhouse has new culinary options for the 2023-24 Pacers season and the guest chef program is back again.
Before the Pacers’ season opener against the Washington Wizards on October 25th, Pacers Sports & Entertainment was excited to introduce new food offerings for fans at games this season.
The classic staples around Gainbridge Fieldhouse are still available. There are multiple grab-and-go options (which are my favorite). They have new bar offerings and local tastings too.
Chef Chris Albano of Levy Restaurants met with local reporters inside Pacers Square on the balcony level of The Fieldhouse recently to highlight the new selections.
And they also are continuing with the KeyBank Guest Chef Program, which gives local restaurants the opportunity to showcase and sell their food at Pacers games. One individual said their business went up 25% over the last year because of the exposure.
“We look at it as a true community asset so this is an opportunity to show off the best of what we have here in Indianapolis and across the state,” said Danny Lopez, the VP External Relations and Corporate Communications at Pacers Sports & Entertainment. “We have immense culinary here in Indianapolis.”
What Chef Albano describe each item below.
