Hello, friend. Happy Monday. I hope you had a good weekend.

Things have not been quiet in Pacers Land. They hosted two players for workouts on Saturday to complete a stretch of six consecutive days with pre-draft workouts. That was a first and much different than the norm.

In previous years, there might be three workouts per week.

Including the six-man group scheduled for Tuesday, the Pacers will have hosted 60 players over 14 workouts — surpassing last year’s total with 10 days to go. (Click here for the full list.)

And they’re not done yet.

So why is this happening? Why the increase in workouts and the number of players brought in?
