SO Nemhardt is out tonite injury management!!!??? Whats up with Neismith, missed like 26 games! It was said that he would be back after Christmas, so is it ligmaments? So 2 short tonite!! Why since HALI has gotten his 50M he is so hit and miss and not getting the assists as he used to. Seems to make some bad turnovers! As far as points last night and no more than he had, helped in the loss! Siakam called the team out I read today. He is earning and showing up every game!
Yes it was injury management, being cautious with his knee that caused issues to begin the season. Not ideal, but I think they looked at it as an awful situation anyway being on short rest after playing the night before. As for Nesmith, they have not specified what the injury is beyond "ankle sprain." Clearly it's more than that. And the hope is early in 2025.
Haliburton showed up and did what he must do in the second game against Boston. But the question remains - why not every game? Where's the consistency? And that goes for the entire team.
