Pacers wing Oshae Brissett talks with reporters after a game.
Oshae Brissett averaged 9.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in his second season with the Pacers.

FIBA Basketball World Cup Qualifying games continue on this summer as 80 nations compete for 30 spots in the FIBA Basketball World Cup — set for Aug. 25-Sept. 10, 2023 in Japan and the Philippines.

The Pacers have several players involved for many teams, including Chris Duarte (Dominican Rupublic), Goga Bitadze (Georgia), Buddy Hield (Bahamas) and Daniel Theis (Germany).

One player absent from the qualifier is Oshae Brissett, a Canadian. Team Canada announced its 12-man roster before it plays in Victoria, British Columbia and he’s not on it.
