At the conclusion of the first round of the 2023 NBA Draft Thursday night, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle walked down from the team’s War Room on the third floor of the practice facility and spoke with local reporters about their selections.

Houston forward Jarace Walker at 8 and guard Ben Sheppard out of Belmont at 26.
