Frank, it does feel that way doesn't it? Of course as a long suffering Pacer fan, that will turn out as the worst record in the East, which would give us the best chance at the first pick but instead Dallas will win the lottery again (I'd say the Spurs if they were a lottery team but don't see that happening this year) , and we'll end up with the worst pick the rules allow for. (4th or something...)
@Scott - Have the Pacers ever had a run of injury luck this bad? Nothing that I recall since the late 80's at least...
I've written this elsewhere but it is worth repeating. The basketball gods want us to have a gap year whether or not we want one.
It just doesn't seem fair. And makes it even more impressive when teams win several titles in a short period of time.
