For the second time in three games, the Pacers trailed the entire way. Playing a matinee game in Los Angeles on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, they lost to the Clippers 139-133.

They allowed 40 points in the first quarter and 139 in the game. Both are season-highs by an opponent.
