Pacers honor Slick Leonard with tribute video before game against Clippers

He passed away in his sleep early Tuesday at 88.

This framed jersey was set out in the main concourse for Tuesday’s Pacers game against the Clippers.

It was an emotional day for the Leonard family, Pacers Sports & Entertainment and fans of the franchise. They didn’t just lose one of their own, they lost a foundational piece and a man who loved people more than he did basketball.
