Bummer for Ed…. But it makes me think of his first NBA game and bucket. Sure, it may have been garbage time of a meaningless Game #82 where Vic, Bogey and Thad were resting/ in street clothes but when Ed got that rebound and came flying down the court at the basket the entire bench (which was the starters) were up cheering for him with excitement for his first NBA hoop that could only be genuine. I hope on the returning end of this rehab we get to see another moment like that.
