VIDEO: Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield and Tristan Thompson ready for fresh start with the Pacers
The Pacers acquired three players from the Kings on Tuesday. Then on Thursday, they met with the media after practice.
There were many new faces at Pacers practice on Thursday, and I’m not just referencing the extra half-dozen reporters there to cover the team’s midseason trades.
There were three new members of the team who had just completed their first practice with the team: Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield and Tristan Thompson. All three landed in Indy Wednesday night and then went to dinner at Prime 47 with head coach Rick Carlisle.
They will be available Friday night when the Pacers host the Cavaliers, which now feature Caris LeVert. That was the first deal the Pacers made. Two days later, they sent Domantas Sabonis, Justin Holiday and Jeremy Lamb to the Kings for the trio mentioned above.
And then after practice, those guys met with the media to discuss being acquired by the Pacers and how they can impact the team. Watch each of their interviews below.
