'Cultural icon' Caitlin Clark adds Wilson Sporting Goods to growing endorsement portfolio
At 22 years old, Caitlin Clark's game and brand is one national companies want to be associated with as she takes the WNBA by storm.
Everyone wants in on Caitlin Clark. She’s boosting the WNBA, national television ratings and local economics.
At the same time, she’s also elevating her own portfolio.
Clark, the 22-year-old rookie guard for the Indiana Fever, reached agreement on a multi-year deal with Wilson Sports Goods. The company made the agreement official Tuesday morning, one week into the WNBA season.
Wilson is the official ball of the WNBA.
"Caitlin Clark is not just a record-setting athlete, but a cultural icon who has had a profound impact on the game,” Amanda Lamb, Head of Global Brand at Wilson, said in a statement. “We couldn't be prouder to join forces with her to continue innovating basketball both on and off the court."
In addition to helping the sporting goods company test and evaluate basketball products, Clark will also have a signature basketball line.
And it begins with three unique option paying tribute to her celebrations on the court.

The cost of the limited-edition basketball is $49.95. But it is only available via drawing, which will close at 11 a.m. ET on May 27.
