You mean Ticketmaster allowed birds to buy up all the tickets that will be on the Ticketmaster resale market soon? I'm SHOCKED that they are OK with this because they then get ticket fees twice on all of them.
Fair, and they had good intentions. Communication and execution could have been better, and then more of a formal process. If it's even possible. Like requiring purchases at The Fieldhouse in person, with an Indiana ID, and no more than two tickets per purchase.
1 incompetent woman working in the box office fucked up the whole process and experience...and wtf did they only have 2 windows open and no physical souvenir tickets for locals...will never attend a local event again...rather leave town for a better venue...

Bots not birds
The greatest harm can result from the best intentions...The Pacers and you could benefit from remembering this in the future.

Any idea if the Fan Fest tickets or Celebrity Game tickets are just going to be a part of the NBA Experiences? Those are insanely priced.
